Refunds & Returns

Under normal circumstances we do not issue refunds on our dolls.  They are custom built to order so all sales are final.  

Be aware that due to the heavy nature of our products the cardboard boxes can get scratched or damaged during shipping.  The content is packaged very well so it is rare for dolls to sustain damage during transit.

If you encounter any issues with the product kindly send us photos so that can do an evaluation and determine an appropriate solution.  

  • In the case of transportation damage we will file a claim with the courier so compensation will be up to them.
  • For manufacturing flaws we will liaise with the manufacturer to provide an appropriate solution. 
  • If we made a mistake with the order we will take full responsibility for correcting the issue. 

A refund or compensation will only be applicable in the event that the product is severely damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product due to an error on our part.  If the goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product has been delivered to you.  Due to hygiene concerns a refund or return will only be considered within a period of 72 hours after delivery.

Please note that although we guarantee that our products originals they are manufactured by hand and thus may contain minor imperfections from time to time. Minor imperfections are not considered damage. Minor imperfections do not affect the usability of the product and include; skin blemishes, scratches, marks, compression marks, dents, micro-cuts, slight variations in the skin’s surface, mould injection sites, seem lines, loose or missing fingernails/toenails, loose or missing eyelashes, loose hair or implanted hair shedding, finger-pokes, loose or tight joints, discrepancies and inconsistency with facial make-up, and/ or body make-up.

Love Dolls SA maintains the right to decided whether a refund is applicable based on the nature of the incident. 

Do keep in mind that we have carefully screened our manufactures to ensure we only work with those who meet the highest quality standards.  There quality control and protective packaging greatly reduces any risk of product damage.
